Furniture brand Emeco has collaborated with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to host an exhibition exploring recycling, longevity, adaptability and technology.

The event follows the launch of the product design course titled The Next 150-year Chair within MIT's Department of Architecture.

The exhibition presents student projects that assess sustainability by responding to Emeco's 1006 Navy chair, which has a lifespan of 150 years.

The Emeco x MIT exhibition takes place from 14 to 18 November 2022 at Emeco House, 507 Boccaccio Avenue, Venice, Los Angeles, California, USA.
