Art, architecture and design platform Galerie56 hosts an exhibition showcasing the work of architects Isamu Noguchi and Charlotte Perriand.

The exhibition titled Noguchi to Perriand – East Meets West, presents 16 lights designed by Noguchi, including the Akari 21N floor lamp and the Akari 30P ceiling lamp.

There are 25 objects created by Perriand on display, including seating and tables such as the Shadow chair and Tokyo bench.

The event is presented in collaboration with the Paris-based Laffanour gallery.

Noguchi to Perriand – East Meets West takes place from 7 December 2022 to 18 February 2023 at Galerie56, 253 Church Street, New York City, New York 10013, USA.
