The Unikat Gallery presents Hemvist, an exhibition exploring artisanal techniques and waste management, this February.

The exhibition showcases furniture created by Swedish designer Alexander Lervik using leftover wood from a project for stairs brand Drömmtrappor.

Lervick mirrored the design process of the staircase when creating the armchair, bench and table on display.

The gallery was opened by Lervik in his Stockholm studio to explore the relationship between art and design.

Hemvist at Unikat Gallery takes place from 7 to 11 February 2023 at Unikat Gallery, Klevgränd 10, 116 46 Södermalm Stockholm, Sweden.
