Creative non-profit organisation Be Original Americas presents its Originality Deconstructed exhibition at the Ace Hotel DTLA in Los Angeles.

The exhibition explores the development process of design, showcasing products, prototypes, materials, disassembled projects, books and catalogues, and videos.

By examining the sourcing of materials, the exhibition also addresses challenges such as sustainability, copyright and authenticity.

To conclude the event, some of the items will be sold at auction, including a kettle signed by Alberto Alessi, a vase designed by Marcel Wanders and a prototype of a rocking chair designed by Philippe Starck.

Originality Deconstructed takes place from 17 to 26 March 2023 at the Ace Hotel DTLA, 929 South Broadway, Los Angeles, California 90015, USA.
