Japanese fashion brand Issey Miyake hosts an exhibition at its flagship store in Milan, presenting its latest collaboration with Japanese studio Nature Architects titled Type-V.

The exhibition showcases prototypes of clothing, furniture and lighting, as well as architectural models across two floor levels.

The collaboration utilises steam stretch techniques with Nature Architects' Direct Functional Modeling algorithms to explore structure, materiality and production in the design process.

Thinking Design, Making Design takes place from 18 to 23 April 2023 at the Issey Miyake Milan Flagship Store, Via Bagutta 12, 20121 Milan, Italy.
