The fourth edition of the Venice Design Biennial takes place in 2023, showcasing a series of exhibitions.

This year's event follows the theme Auto-Exotic, critiquing the concept of exoticism and exploring the influence outside of Western culture.

Every two years, the Design Biennial runs alongside the Venice Architecture Biennale, which runs from May to November.
