London-based interior architecture and design brand Studio Altus partners with Irish designer Derek Lawlor and British furniture manufacturer Lacaze London to create an installation for London Design Festival 2023.

Informed by dressing rooms, the installation uses textiles, art and furniture to celebrate skilled crafts and the patience and precision required to apply artisanal techniques.

Techniques explored in the exhibition include veneering, embellishing wax cord and straw marquetry.
