The 27th edition of Sydney Design Week is named Amodern, informed by an essay written by French philosopher Bruno Latour, exploring the connection between people and nature in modern design.

The program is divided into six themes: Eco Systems, Material Cultures, Communal Cities, Micro Cycles, Connected Threads and Photofields.

The ten-day design week features exhibitions, talks, film screenings, workshops, tours and performances.

Sydney Design Week 2023 takes place from 15 to 24 September 2023 at various locations across Sydney, Australia.
