Munich-based lighting brand Ingo Mauer presents the Flowair installation during the 2024 edition of Milan design week, located in the courtyard and on the roof of cultural centre Base.

The 10-metre-tall installation spotlights distorted scales through inflated shapes that are encouraged to move in the wind and light up during evenings.

Through Flowair, Ingo Maurer aims to explore the immateriality and intangibility of light.

Flowair by Ingo Maurer takes place from 15 to 21 April 2024 at Base, Via Bergognone da Fossano 34, 20144 Milan, Italy.
