Instant of Change is the installation by Italian manufacturer Quadro Design, with the fourth edition showcased during Milan design week 2024.

This year, the brand's installation – which was designed by artist Alessandra Pallotta and curated by Luca Caizzi – explores the question "how do materials taste?".
