Community-led installation Voices of Wandsworth is on display during London Design Festival 2024, with participants responding to the prompt: If a butterfly could hear you, what would you say?

The installation features more than 500 origami butterflies with answers to the question written on them, created during workshops with Wandsworth-based charities, businesses and residents.

The butterfly motif was selected to represent love, compassion and transformation.

Wandsworth Council commissioned Roopadesigns, led by Roopa Basu, to create the project.

Voices of Wandsworth – Roopadesigns takes place from 16 to 21 September 2024 at Osmo Battersea, 65 Nine Elms Lane, London SW11 7EU, UK.
