Dezeen partnered with Gaggenau to host a series of talks at the luxury kitchen appliance brand’s showcase at Villa Necchi during Milan design week 2022.
Moderated by Dezeen’s editor-at-large Amy Frearson, the talks took place daily from Tuesday 7 to Thursday 9 June.

On Tuesday 7 June at 10am Milan time, Dezeen spoke to designer Søren Rose, BIG’s director of interiors Francesca Portesine, and Foster + Partners‘ head of industrial design Mike Holland about sustainability and longevity in design.
Yabu Pushelberg co-founders George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg and Andrea Molteni, director of product development at Dada discussed designing kitchens that form the hub of the home on Wednesday 8 June.
On Thursday 9 June at 10am, Design Haus Liberty founder Dara Huang and architect Michel Rojkind spoke about how their respective practices have evolved in a post-pandemic world.
