Shortlisted for Dezeen Awards China 2024 emerging architect of the year, Shanghai-based architecture studio Galaxy Arch.

Galaxy Arch was founded by Ji Xin and Ge Jiaqi in 2022 in Shanghai. The studio was founded on the belief that good design should be poetic, to inspire the mind and awaken emotions. They focus on the whole process of architectural design, and face technical problems head-on through open-mindedness and keen observation.

Recent projects of theirs include Wooden Cabin Pavilion No 1 and Dapi Mountain Restaurant.

This studio has been shortlisted in the emerging architect of the year category of Dezeen Awards China 2024.
