酒店和民宿项目 (Hospitality project)
新建或翻新的建筑，包括酒吧、餐厅和酒店，项目必须是在 2022 年 9 月 1 日至 2024 年 8 月 31 日期间完成。 New-build or refurbished projects completed between 1 September 2022 and 31 August 2024, including bars, restaurants and hotels.
混合用途项目 (Mixed-use project)
新建、扩建或翻新的混合用途建筑，设计需满足至少两种不同的用途，如住宅、商业或文化用途，可包含景观和城市设计优化，项目必须是在 2022 年 9 月 1 日至 2024 年 8 月 31 日期间完成。 New build, extended or refurbished mixed-use developments designed for at least two distinct uses such as residential, commercial or cultural, completed between 1 September 2022 and 31 August 2024.
景观和城市设计项目 (Landscape and urban design)
绿地景观及建筑设计或城市设计项目，包括公园规划设计、景观装置、城市总体规划和公共领域设计，项目必须是在 2022 年 9 月 1 日至 2024 年 8 月 31 日期间完成。 Landscape architecture or urban design projects, including Landscape Installation, masterplans and design for the public realm, completed between 1 September 2022 and 31 August 2024.
更新项目 (Rebirth project)
对现有建筑或空间（不包括住宅项目）进行的任何翻新或活化再利用，项目必须是在 2022 年 9 月 1 日至 2024 年 8 月 31 日期间完成。 Any refurbishment or adaptive reuse of an existing building or space (excluding residential projects) between 1 September 2022 and 31 August 2024.
住宅项目 (Residential project)
新建或大规模整改的住宅项目，包括独栋房屋、公寓和住房群，项目必须是在 2022 年 9 月 1 日至 2024 年 8 月 31 日期间完成。 New-build individual dwellings and homes or significantly refurbished dwellings or extended housing projects. Must be completed between 1 September 2022 and 31 August 2024.
市政项目 (Civic project)
新建或大规模扩建和/或翻新的市政建筑，包括市政大厅、社区建筑、议会建筑、游客中心、图书馆、体育中心、游泳池和休闲中心，或包含面向公众的重要设施的建筑，项目必须是在 2022 年 9 月 1 日至 2024 年 8 月 31 日期间完成。 New-build or significant extension to and/or refurbishment of civic buildings, including civic centres, places of worship, community buildings, council buildings, visitor centres, libraries, sports halls, swimming pools and leisure centres, or any building containing a significant public-facing facility and completed between 1 September 2022 and 31 August 2024.

Must be completed between 1 September 2022 and 31 August 2024.

产品设计 (Product design)
包括智能手机、电视、照相机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑、无人机、机器人装备、美容器具、牙刷、水瓶、运动装备、行李箱、医疗器具、自行车、汽车、摩托车以及各种与交通工具相关的配件，以及卫浴产品，必须是在 2022 年 9 月 1 日至 2024 年 8 月 31 日期间完成。 Commercially produced products or designs which can be enjoyed equally by consumers of all abilities and identities, and products designed to improve the health and well-being of the user. Including mobile phones, televisions, cameras, laptops, tablets, drones, gadgets, robotics, beauty equipment, toothbrushes, water bottles, sports and exercise equipment, luggage, medical devices, bicycles, cars, motorcycles and transport-related accessories. Work that requires regulatory approval to be commercially released must have this approval granted at the time of submission. Must be completed between 1 September 2022 and 31 August 2024.
