André Fu
Interior architect André Fu is founder of Hong-Kong based practice André Fu Studio.
Fu first became known for the interior design of The Upper House hotel in Hong Kong which in 2021, launched its André Fu Suite and Salisterra restaurant.
Projects by the interior architect include furniture for fashion brand Louis Vuitton’s annual presentation of its Objets Nomades furniture and design collection and contemporary art galleries in Hong Kong, Tokyo and Shanghai.
Fu has also completed the interior designs of major hotels and restaurants around the world including Villa La Coste in Provence, The Berkeley London, St Regis Hong Kong, Waldorf Astoria Bangkok and Hotel The Mitsui Kyoto.
His work has been recognised with numerous awards. In 2016 he was named Designer of the Year for Maison & Objet Asia and was honoured in Wallpaper*s Top 20 Interior Designers. In 2019, Elle Décor China named André as Interior Designer of The Year.
