Shortlisted for Dezeen Awards China 2024 emerging architect of the year, Shenzhen-based architecture studio Atelier Xi.

Atelier Xi was founded by Xi Chen in 2017. Atelier Xi specialises in minimalist design that integrates seamlessly with nature. Their projects demonstrate innovation in material use and sensitivity to environmental and human needs.

Recent projects include a visitor centre for Qiaochengbei Park in Shenzhen and Library in the chrysanthemum field.

This studio has been shortlisted in the emerging architect of the year category of Dezeen Awards China 2024.
