YiFeng Studio
Yaung Office has designed the interiors for Yifeng Studio, a working space located in Hangzhou, China.
This project integrates innovation and practicality, functionality and aesthetics, providing a creative space and living place for artists and becoming a city of inspiration for artistic creation.
"When the modern industrial style meets the artist's creative space, a visual feast is about to unfold," said Yaung Office.
Exposed concrete wall structures, cement grey tile floors and wooden elements are cleverly integrated into the interior spaces to create a sturdy, stable atmosphere.
This design not only shows the artisan spirit of the industrial era but also emphasises practicality and durability, providing a stable and reliable foundation for the working environment.
"The client wished to endow this space with different functional attributes, which include creative space, reading space and two bedrooms for resting, sometimes holding small exhibitions and hopes that the space can be interconnected," added Yaung Office.
This project has been shortlisted in the workplace interior category of Dezeen Awards China 2024.
